Diana is the reasonably pragmatic partner of Naming Is Believing. She is in charge with Client & Project Management, development and the administrative standing of the firm.
She has achieved expertise in creative management by having previously spent over 20 years in sales, team management, coaching & communications while working in a Romanian-Spanish wine trading company, a renewable energy company, an architecture company and her own business coaching firm.
Diana has a PHD in Philology that got her a variety of precious opportunities: working as a literary translator, studying, traveling and experiencing life in the whole of Europe. Meeting a diversity of worlds and people helped her get to know herself better. This is how she discovered her true calling for helping others communicate and understand each other better and became really passionate about helping entrepreneurs growing their businesses.
With a broad understanding of the work environment and a particular interest in convincing people to take the right actions, Diana is the person to rely on if you want things to get done. She has strong insights about how to recognize determination and enhance motivation.
